Trusting in God’s blessings

Trusting in God’s blessing in our lives, we need two things.

1. Belief in God
2. Belief in ourselves

We need to both believe in God and belief and ourselves.

“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” Phil 4:13

God can not transform you without your consent.

Focus on God’s blessings, working towards them and not distracted by anything else.

Does’t matter where we have been or how bad it was, we can only change where we are going.

If power is not applied then it is literally nothing.

Gift assessments consider what we have now instead of crying about what we do not have. Look at what we have in our hand. What has God given us and use the years that God has given us. It shall come to pass if.. i.e it depends on us.

Nothing easily changes in our lives without effort and diligence. Focus on what we need to change.

I love those who love me,
and those who seek me find me. Prov 8:17

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Heb 11:6

Diligent people do a little thing for a long time. A drop of water will make a hole in rock because it keeps on dripping. It is a big lie to believe that I can do nothing.

Faith without works is dead, it is not the size of your faith that moves things, a mustard seed size faith you can move mountains. But to do so you must speak and tell the mountain to move, only then will it do so. Speaking faith and words and then it will come to pass.

Observe carefully all the Lord’s commandments. Choose to obey and put God’s Kingdom’s first. It takes time to learn to put God first.

Can not claim to be a child of God without submitting all of our sexuality, finances, motives, gifts and talents to God. No more chaos. God leaves us alone to mess up our lives, simply so we have to eventually come to him how to be restored. Real trouble is a humbling experience. When we are in obedience all these blessings shall come over you and overtake you.

Challenges of a preacher is telling people who wilfully deny the truth to trust God.

Trust in the blessings that the Lord has given you.

If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:
You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.
The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.
You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out. The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. Deut 28:1-7
